Issue

I've activated Prizm Viewer v10 with PDF using the serial number and activation code provided. The software is activated initially but later will sometimes show a message to activate the product.

Cause

This behavior happens if the license that you have is actually for Prizm ActiveX Viewer without PDF support. With a non-PDF license, you can still load and save PDF files but there will some limitations:

  • Each time you open a PDF file, a trial activation message will appear.
  • When you save a PDF file, it will contain a watermark. 


How to Resolve

  1. Double check that your license contains PDF support.
  2. Contact our support team with your licensing information so we can check for you.
