In order to upgrade PrizmDoc, log into the Accusoft customer portal and click the the green link just above all of the product names that says product upgrade.
You will then be taken to https://my.accusoft.com/Assets/Upgrades which you can also just go straight to if you have the credentials to the cloud portal. Then select the license that you would like to upgrade.
