Xodo Sign works best in modern browsers. If you're experiencing display issues, errors, or unexpected behavior, a browser problem may be the cause.
Recommended browsers
For the best experience, use one of the following:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Safari 14 or newer
Common browser fixes
- Clear cache and cookies — Go to your browser settings, clear browsing data, then reload Xodo Sign.
- Disable extensions — Ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere. Try disabling them or use an incognito/private window.
- Update your browser — Make sure you're running the latest version.
- Try a different browser — If the issue persists in one browser, switch to another.
Internet Explorer and older browsers
Xodo Sign does not support Internet Explorer. If you're using IE, please switch to a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
