If a signer says they haven't received your signature request email, here's what to check.
Ask the signer to check their spam folder
Signature request emails sometimes end up in spam or junk. Ask the signer to:
- Check their Spam or Junk folder.
- Search their inbox for "Xodo Sign" or "xodosign.com".
- Add noreply@xodosign.com to their contacts to prevent future filtering.
Verify the email address
Double-check that you entered the correct email address when adding the signer. You can confirm it in your document's detail view.
Resend the signature request
- Open the document in your Xodo Sign dashboard.
- Click Send Reminder next to the signer's name.
- The signer will receive a new email with the signing link.
Corporate email filters
Some corporate email systems have strict spam filters that block automated emails. Ask the signer to have their IT department whitelist emails from xodosign.com.
