You can switch your billing frequency between monthly and yearly. Switching requires briefly downgrading to the Free plan and then re-subscribing with your preferred frequency.
How to change billing frequency
- Log in to your Xodo Sign account.
- Go to the Subscription page.
- Click Downgrade under the Free plan and confirm. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Wait until the current billing period ends.
- Go back to the Subscription page and upgrade to your preferred plan, this time selecting your new billing frequency (monthly or yearly).
Note: If you'd like to switch from monthly to yearly billing mid-cycle, contact Xodo Sign Support. We can process this change at the end of your current monthly period.
