In-Person Signing lets signers sign a Template Link directly on your device — no email verification required. The signer simply enters their name and email address on screen.

How to enable In-Person Signing

  1. Go to Templates in the left navigation.
  2. Find the Template Link you want to enable for in-person signing.
  3. Click the dropdown menu on the right side of the template row.
  4. Select Enable In-Person Signing.

The button next to the template will change from Send Link to Sign Now, confirming that In-Person Signing is active.

Important: In-person only mode

When In-Person Signing is enabled, the template can only be signed in person on a device that is logged in to your Xodo Sign account. The Send Link option will be disabled. To re-enable sending by email, select Disable In-Person Signing from the same dropdown menu.
