Users do not need to do anything on their end to transfer their OnTask accounts over to Docubee; their information will be merged automatically.


If you are missing any workflows from your account, please ensure that you are logged into the same email/organization as before, and that you are in the correct workspace.


If you think that a workflow may have been deleted, please reach out to support@docubee.com, and we can assist you with restoring a deleted workflow.
