While logged in with the current Organization Owner email, invite the new email address to your Organization, then Log out.
2. Accept the invite then Log out.
3. Log in with the current Organization Owner.
4. Go to Settings -> General -> Transfer Organization ownership to the new email (in Organization settings)
**You should see other members in your organization here if you've added other members.
4. The new email is now the Organization Owner and can remove the old email from the membership
