Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your documents, templates, businesses, and data will be removed.
Before you delete your account
You must remove your team members and businesses before you can delete your account. Follow these steps in order:
Step 1: Remove team members
- Go to the Team section from the left navigation.
- Select all team members.
- Click Delete from the dropdown menu on the right.
Step 2: Delete all businesses
- Go to Business Settings from the left navigation.
- Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
- Repeat for each active business in your account.
Step 3: Cancel your account
- Click the business name dropdown in the top-left corner.
- Select Account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your Xodo Sign account — including all businesses, documents, and data — will be permanently deleted.
