The Workflow Builder now allows you to create customized and informative instance titles by using dynamic properties. Here's a guide on how to customize your instance titles:

  1. In your Workflow dashboard, click Edit Template to open your template in the Workflow Builder.

  2. In the top right corner, locate the Workflow Settings gear icon.

  3. In the Workflow Settings popup, select the Identification tab: 

  4. In the Instance Title input field:

    1. You can enter static text directly in the field. 

    2. Once you start typing, you will see a dropdown appear showing all the dynamic fields you can add to the title.


By leveraging dynamic properties, you can create titles that are both descriptive and informative.
