I would like to conditionally show fields based on checkboxes but I don't know how to do this, help!

Also, you may naturally expect to enter the values "True/False" or "Checked/Unchecked" to toggle the form condition, but these are incorrect. It is case-sensitive and it must be "checked/unchecked"
