Zapier allows you to connect Xodo Sign to thousands of other web applications - no coding required. By creating automated workflows called Zaps, you can trigger actions in other apps whenever something happens in Xodo Sign (such as a document being signed), or vice versa.
What Is Zapier?
Each Zap has a Trigger (the event that starts the workflow) and one or more Actions (what happens automatically as a result). For example: "When a document is completed in Xodo Sign, save it to Google Drive."
How to Connect Xodo Sign to Zapier
- Log in to your Zapier account or create a free account.
- In Zapier, navigate to My Apps from the menu.
- Search for Xodo Sign and select Connect.
- Enter your Xodo Sign API credentials. You can find these in your Xodo Sign account under the Developer section (accessible from the business dropdown menu).
- Click Yes, Continue to confirm the connection.
Creating Your First Zap
Once connected, you can use a pre-made Zap template or create your own from scratch using the Zap Editor. The editor walks you through each step - no coding knowledge required.
Popular Xodo Sign Zap ideas include sending notifications when documents are signed, creating records in your CRM when a new document is sent, and automatically filing completed documents in cloud storage.
