If you are emailing us directly, we would like to know some basic information about your device.

You can obtain such device information by the following steps:


1. Click the Settings menu:


2. Open the About dialog:



3. In the About dialog, click Diagnostics > Copy To Clipboard


4. Your device basic information such as iOS version will be now copied to the clipboard.

You can paste the information in the email you are about to send us.
