Due to restrictions and guidelines for Windows apps, adding tabs in the file page for cloud storage, such as Dropbox and Google Drive (like on Android), is not practical.
Instead, to sync files, we recommend downloading and installing the desktop version of the cloud storage for your device. This will either create a synced folder on your file system, or allow you to sync folders yourself. You can then open these files in Xodo as if they were local files and they will be automatically synced.
